Text Box:   RezBook provides a number of reports to make sure your books balance.  Use the Advance Deposit Ledger to track paid advancd deposits, Use the Advance Deposit Due report to track those people who still need to pay their deposit. Use the Banking Report to balance your cash drawer and credit card machine. Use the In-House Guest Ledger to tell you about the finances for all checked in guests. Use the Past Guest Ledger to track people that owe you money -  debtors. The Transaction Report will tally all the charges and payments for any date range. Occupancy Projected and Occupancy Actual are very useful for planning. Then there is the Daily Audit Report that summarizes in 1 page
