COMPUTER CRASHES:
 
If your computer crashes and you want to get RezBook up and running as soon as possible you do the following:

1. locate your backup database file called: reserve.mdb
It should be on a flash drive or backup device connected to your main PC

2. locate a PC that has internet
3. on that PC, create a new folder on the C:\ drive called: REZBOOK
4. save your backup of reserve.mdb into that folder
5. go to the internet to: www.rubbertreesoftware.com/update.exe and save this file into your RezBook folder along with the database
6. navigate to the RezBook folder and dbl click on update.exe to install Rezbook with your current database with a 30 day license
7. open up the activation tool and email: tiffany@rubbertree.com.au with your Computer ID . I will email back a new license.
