Supercheap Auto Trade Partner Expo / Rubbertree $8K Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Rubbertree. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the competition.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to Australian & New Zealand residents who are 18 years old or older.
2.2. The competition is only open to Supercheap Auto Store Managers and or Assistant Managers of Supercheap Auto bricks & mortar stores across Australia & New Zealand attending the Expo.
2.3. One entry per person is allowed unless otherwise specified.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the competition, participants must provide their full name, store name & state, and any other required information on the Rubbertree online form or paper entry form.
3.2. Entries must be submitted by 6pm (AEST) 28 August 2024. Late or incomplete entries may not be accepted at the discretion of Rubbertree.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
4.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Rubbertree’s Privacy Policy which is available on both the Australian & New Zealand Rubbertree websites..
4.2. The information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition, including contacting winners and delivering the prizes.
5. Winners Selection and Notification
5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
5.2. The winners will be notified via the email address or phone provided at entry within 5 working days of the competition closing date.
5.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, the prize maybe forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.
6. Prizes
6.1. The prize(s) will be detailed on the competition entry page.
6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6.3. Rubbertree reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Rubbertree is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other malfunction related to the competition website.
7.2. By entering the competition, participants agree to release Rubbertree, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Rubbertree reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
