Manufacturing Lead Times
Many of our products are tailored specifically to your vehicle. The estimated preparation and manufacturing times below exclude weekends and public holidays.
Lead times are estimates and refer to the time required to prepare, manufacture or source your order before dispatch. Delivery time is additional. Any product customisations may require extra time.
Shipping Times
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched Australia-wide using a tracked courier service. Delivery times begin after the manufacturing or preparation of your order and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please allow additional time for rural and remote deliveries, including deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Our preferred delivery providers are Australia Post, StarTrack and Aramex. All orders include tracking and are shipped on a signature-required basis.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch notification email containing your tracking number and the appropriate Australia Post, StarTrack or Aramex tracking link.
Please have your tracking number ready if you need to contact the courier regarding your delivery.
We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Once delivered, please contact us within five business days if there is an issue with your purchase as a result of shipping or handling.
